(Long Island, NY) Fourth Precinct officers report the arrest of a Lynbrook man for an incident that occurred on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 12:15 pm in Lynbrook.
According to officers, 911 received a call for a large party on Lloyd Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observed approximately 70 youths, between the ages of 18 to 20 years old, some of whom who were in possession of alcoholic beverages.

The party that was hosted by Jake Sandler, 19, of the same address was issued an appearance ticket at the scene for violating the “Social Host Law.” He will respond to First District Court, Hempstead to answer to the charge on a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
