New York Based Rock Band Debuts with Radio Ready Knockout Hit
(New York, NY) Today, the New York bred Rock outfit Made in America announced that their first single “All My Money” (from their forthcoming debut album) is available on YouTube by visiting the link below. It will be available through iTunes and the other major music services shortly.
The song, which was co-written and brilliantly produced by Cass Dillon and features a smoking solo by Ricky Byrd of Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, has a rock hard verse and an anthemic chorus that chronicles the ups and downs of twenty first century america as seen through the eyes of charismatic lead singer Craig Zeolla.
“I like to think that alot of people who were quote unquote made in america over the past several decades will be able to relate to the lyrics in this song”, Craig said, “It seems like our finances these days are more of a revolving door than ever, money goes in the back of your pocket, and just as quickly as you reach in to get it, it’s already gone to bills, to gas, to booze, whatever.” he continued. “It’s a vicious cycle and sometimes we forget to stop and enjoy the moment, too busy chasing our tails. This song is about stopping to have a good time once in a while and not caring so much about things that make us worry”. An EP of five tracks is being readied for a late 2013 release.
Earlier this year, Made in America signed with New York artist manager/consultant Stefano DiBenedetto of The Hang Productions (Billy Joel – Linkin Park – Joan Jett – Lou Reed – Skylar Grey – Cass Dillon). Stefano remarked “Craig came to me looking for advice and direction, so we met several times to discuss a vision. His influences were some of my favorite bands and I could see Craig was ready to go all out and put it all on the line, and I liked that.” he said “I respect Craig; he’s the salt of the earth, he’s a risk taker – and in this business you have to ready to bet everything or one day you wake up playing in a wedding band saying what if”.

ABOUT MADE IN AMERICA
It’s all about transformation. The best music is an experience that transcends boundaries, transforms people, and creates a sense of endless possibilities. “I make music that people can relate to and hopefully what I have to say will motivate them to take a chance on themselves,” says Craig Zeolla, lead singer and founder of Made in America. As a kid, music was a creative outlet that allowed Craig to transform, evolve, and develop his own authentic voice. Craig hoarded his father’s records and stole his brother’s CD’s so that he could sing along to Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Journey, Rainbow, Queen, Toto, Humble Pie, and Bad Company.
A Long Island native, Craig played in several local hard rock bands and at high profile venues including The Paramount and The Bitter End, prior to beginning his latest project. While life has a way of sidetracking even the most passionate artists, Craig held on to his dream, teaching by day and playing music by night. This dichotomy was influential in shaping the material on his latest record. His anthemic songs touch on overcoming the odds and betting on the underdog.
Craig along with songwriting partner on this project, Cass Dillon who has worked with Billy Joel, Alexa Ray Joel, Natasha Owens and others, created pop/rock songs with big hooks, sing along choruses, and a lot of muscle behind them. In the future Craig looks forward to sharing his music with live audiences everywhere. He hopes to get his music out to as many people as possible and in this way encourage others to transform their lives by pursuing their dreams.
