(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police on Thursday, February 18 arrested a man for robbing a bank in Sayville.
A man entered the TD Bank, located at 188 Main St., approached a teller and produced a note demanding cash. The teller complied and the man fled the scene. A short time later the man was located a short distance from the bank and arrested.

Pattern Crime Unit detectives charged Daniel Suker, 43, of Sayville, with Robbery 3rd Degree. He will be held overnight at the Fifth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on February 19.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
