(Long Island, NY) The Third Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred in East Garden City on Tuesday, October 06, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
According to detectives, a 34 year old male victim was standing on East Gate Boulevard at Axinn Avenue when an unknown male subject approached him from behind and demanded cash while displaying a black knife.

The subject the grabbed the victim’s computer tablet out of his hand and fled on foot heading west on Zeckendorf Boulevard. There were no injuries reported.
The subject is described as male, black, 6’2”tall, 190 lbs., goatee, 20-25 years of age, red Yankee baseball cap, red T shirt, black pants.
