(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police detectives are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Monday, February 29 at a Holbrook bank.
A man entered Chase Bank, located at 991 Main St., at 6:05 p.m. and presented a teller a note demanding cash. The teller complied with the demand and the man fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as white, with a full beard, in his mid-30s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a medium build. He was wearing a light-colored baseball cap and a green and tan long-sleeve shirt.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
