About The Young Autism Program Charitable Foundation (YAPCF)
The Young Autism Program Charitable Foundation is a non-profit parent run organization that was formed in 1999. With the State and Federal Government continuing to cut funding, it was necessary for the parents of the children enrolled at the Young Autism Program (YAP) to form a non-profit foundation to supplement the unique educational needs of our children.
To ensure the continued success of this program, it is critical that we privately raise $250,000 annually. Monies raised are used to provide an enhanced staffing ratio for the children enrolled in YAP. This enhanced ratio can make an enormous difference in a child’s education, especially at an early age. The success of our organization is reliant upon the support and participation of hundreds of individuals and businesses. Visit their website at yapcf.com.
