(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are investigating a crash that killed a Kings Park motorcyclist on Saturday November 7.
Christopher Colella was operating a blue 2004 Suzuki GSX-R600 southbound on Indian Head Road when his vehicle struck a northbound 1999 Chevrolet Venture that was attempting to make a left turn onto Somers Lane in Commack at approximately 6:50 a.m.

Colella, 26, was pronounced dead at scene. The driver of the Chevrolet, Marino Guillen, 57, of Brentwood, was transported to Saint Catherine of Sienna Medical Center in Smithtown for minor injuries
Guillen was charged with Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks and the investigation is continuing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
