(Long Island, NY) The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred in Roosevelt on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 11:00 am.
According to detectives, a 30 year old male while in the So Good Deli located at 425 Nassau Road was approached by two unknown male subjects that asked for money. After the victim declined he left the deli and began walking north on Nassau Road at which time the two subjects approached him again and began kicking and punching him causing contusions to his face.

The subjects forcibly removed and undetermined amount of US currency and a cell phone from the victim’s pocket. The victim refused medical attention at scene.
The male subjects are described as being male, black, 6’ 0” tall, muscular build, 30-35 years of age. The second subject has a thin build.
