(Long Island, NY) The First Squad reports the details of an Assault which occurred on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 1:33 A.M. in Uniondale.
According to detectives, First Precinct patrol officers responded to The Lucky Deli located at 939 Nassau Road for a Shotspotter notification. During the investigation it was discovered a male victim, 18, was taken to an area hospital in a private vehicle for treatment to a gunshot wound on his foot. Three .32 caliber shell casings were recovered at the scene. A light colored minivan or SUV was seen leaving the scene with six male suspects.
