(Long Island, NY) The Second Squad reports the arrests of three men for Possession of a Forged Instrument on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 8:30 P.M. in Farmingdale.
According to detectives, officers from the Bureau of Special Operations, CIRRT Task Force observed a vehicle exceeding the speed limit southbound on Fulton Avenue and conducted a car stop.

As officers approached the 2016 Honda operated by Ryan Stephenson, 26, of Cambria Heights, along with occupants Antonio Aguilera, 24, of Brooklyn and Jeremy Alba, 22, of S. Ozone Park, they observed a clear plastic bag on the front passenger floor of the vehicle containing what appeared to be crack cocaine.

During the investigation, the defendants were found to be in possession of twenty-nine fraudulent credit cards. All defendants were placed under arrest without incident.

Stephenson is being charged with eleven (11) counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and a traffic law infraction.
Aguilera is being charged with eight (8) counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
Alba is being charged with ten (10) counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree
The defendants will be arraigned on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
