(Long Island, NY) The Nassau County Robbery Squad has reported the arrest of John R. Graham, 31, of 119-70 178th Street, Jamaica for Robbery that occurred on November 12, 2013 at 9:17 AM in Uniondale.
The Nassau County Robbery Squad has reported the arrest of John R. Graham, 31, of 119-70 178th Street, Jamaica for Robbery that occurred at Capital One Bank in Uniondale on November 12, 2013 at 9:17 AM.
According to detectives, Graham entered the Capital One Bank, 929 Front Street and presented a demand note. The teller complied and gave the subject an undisclosed amount of US currency. Graham then fled the scene in an unknown direction. There were six employees and six customers inside the bank. There were no reported injuries.
Graham was also linked to a Capital One Bank robbery in Valley Stream that occurred on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 1:05 P.M. The defendant here too presented a robbery demand note to a teller who complied giving him cash. He then fled northbound on N. Central Avenue to Milford Street. There were eight employees and one customer present at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.
Graham is being charged with 2 counts of Robbery 3rd Degree and will arraigned on March 6, 2014 at First District Court, Hempstead.
