(Long Island, NY) Robbery Squad Detectives report the arrest of Tony Diaz, 24, of Deer Park for a Bank Robbery that occurred on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 12:48 pm in Massapequa.
According to detectives, Diaz entered TD Bank, 5555 Merrick Road, approached a teller and handed him a demand note. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, Diaz fled the bank on foot northbound on Carmen Mill Road.

During the Robbery, 5 employees and 1 customer were present, none of whom were injured.
Tony Diaz will be arraigned on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
