According to detectives, a female victim was shopping at Kohl’s located at 1098 Green Acres Mall when she took her 1 year old child into the first floor restroom to tend to the child. As the victim was tending to the child a female Hispanic, 5’5 tall with long blonde hair wearing a blue jacket, yellow shirt and a multi colored skirt entered the restroom and stated “That is a beautiful baby”.

The subject then continued to walk around the restroom and then approached the victim and stated “Give me the baby” and grabbed the child’s arm and repeated the phrase. The victim pushed the subjects arm, exited the restroom and notified Kohl’s security. The subject was last seen leaving Kohl’s’ in a black livery vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing.
