(Long Island, NY) The Second Precinct reports the arrest of a Levittown man on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 4:00am in Levittown.
According to Police, defendant Jesus I. Hernandez, 20, at approximately 3:25am was operating a black colored 2006 Nissan Pathfinder northbound on Loring Road, he proceeded across the intersection of Sherwood Road and struck the front wall of a residence on Sherwood Road.

The defendant’s vehicle entered into the living room of the residence, no injuries were reported. Police responded to the scene, the defendant was arrested and his vehicle was impounded.
Defendant Jesus I. Hernandez is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver. He will be arraigned on Saturday, October 10, 2015 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
