(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest details for a Grand Larceny reported at 11:00pm on Sunday, February 7, 2016 in Rockville Centre.
According to Crimes Against Property Detectives, the male victim, 39, reports a conspiracy to defraud All Island Taxi of 50 Front Street of revenue from approximately January 2011 through February 7, 2016. This conspiracy involved multiple employees; the receptionist, dispatcher and drivers.

The defendants acting in concert refrained from recording calls and trips into the company’s business records causing a loss of revenue of approximately $158,100.00 US currency. This revenue was shared among the defendants. The defendants are:
- Kristine Vlasaty-Ramacca, 52, of Island Park
- James Ramacca, 58, of Island Park
- Edmund Bonavoglia, 69, of Rockville Centre
- Vincent Pecora, 65, of Baldwin
- Vincent Bochilo, 75, of Oceanside
All defendants were arrested on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 and are each charged with Grand Larceny 2nd Degree, Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree and Conspiracy 4th Degree. All defendants will be arraigned on Thursday, March 3, 2016 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
