(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau reports details of an arrest for Forgery that occurred on April 7, 2016 at 3:34 PM in Westbury.
According to Narcotics/Vice Bureau detectives, the defendant Rosa Bonilla, 35, of Westbury while employed by a Mineola physician did forge ten prescriptions for 90 Percocet pills each, totaling 900 between December 2015 and March 2016.

An investigation led to the arrest of the defendant at her residence without incident.
Bonilla is charged with ten (10) counts of Forgery 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Friday, April 8, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
