(Long Island, NY) Students from the New Opportunities at Hofstra (NOAH) program recently joined Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,WF,I-Huntington Station) for a lesson in government. The young people, who were students in Lupinacci’s American Politics class last summer, were in Albany to see the Assembly in action.

“It was a pleasure and an honor to have this outstanding group of students attend the Assembly Session and provide them with the chance to see state government in action,” said Lupinacci. “Learning in the classroom provides students with a great base for their education, but nothing can surpass seeing government up close. Listening to the students share their thoughts and perspectives reminds me of how important the work we do here each day truly is. It was a pleasure to speak with the students and an honor to have them come and watch us do our work.”
