(Long Island, NY) Noodles & Company, serving noodles and pasta dishes from around the world, today announced that it will open its newest Long Island restaurant located in Airport Plaza at 207 Airport Plaza in Farmingdale, NY, on Monday, July 20. Owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises, Inc., operators of over 140 restaurants in northern, southern and central New Jersey, Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Florida and Georgia, its new Farmingdale location will bring 40 new jobs to the local economy.
Noodles & Company brings its globally inspired menu featuring the most popular classic noodles and pasta dishes together under one roof to create “Your World Kitchen.” Always fresh and made-to order, its fully customizable dishes range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. Using some of the most celebrated flavor combinations in the world, there is something for everyone, from kids to adults. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, savory Flatbreads, creamy Penne Rosa, zesty Pesto Cavatappi and rich Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. To complement each dish, Noodles & Company also serves wines from around the world and beers from down the block.

Noodles & Company’s new Farmingdale location will open just in time to serve guests its newest item: BUFF Bowls. Four of Noodles & Company’s most popular pasta bowls – Japanese Pan, Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca, Pesto Cavatappi and Bangkok Curry – are now available in the buff! Each BUFF Bowl features a double portion of veggies, topped with protein and served on a bed of spinach in place of the noodles, for a dish low in carbohydrates, full of flavor and under 400 calories.
In addition to great food, the 3,400 square-foot fast-casual restaurant will have seating for 98 guests inside the dining room. Noodles & Company in Farmingdale will also offer its enhanced service feature, P.L.U.S., an acronym for Please Let Us Serve, which provides dedicated hosts in its dining room to specifically cater to the needs of each guest – all without tipping.
