NY State Education Commissioner’s Nov. 26 Visit First Senatorial District To Be Live Streamed on Internet.
(Long Island, NY) New York State Senator Kenneth P. LaValle said today that New York State Education Commissioner Dr. John King’s visit to the First Senatorial District to give parents, students, and educators the opportunity to ask questions and express their opinions about the New York State Education Department’s roll out of the Common Core, teacher evaluations, testing and student privacy will be live streamed on the Internet.
The forum will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2013 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Eastport- South Manor High School, 543 Moriches-Middle Island Road Manorville, NY 11949 in the school’s 1,000 seat auditorium and live streamed over the internet via a link from Senator LaValle’s website at: www.senatorlavalle.com.
