(Long Island, NY) Senator Lee M. Zeldin (R-C-I, Shirley) and NYS Education Department Commissioner John B. King, Jr, will visit Hobart Elementary School this morning Wednesday, October 16, 2013. In light of the recent house fire in Shirley this weekend that led to the tragic death of second grader Aidan Tarbell, Senator Zeldin and Commissioner King will visit with the classroom of his classmates to mourn the loss of Aidan.
Commissioner King and Senator Zeldin will also meet with members of the William Floyd School District to discuss various education related topics.
