(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Calverton on Friday, July 24.
Darien Grasman was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Mill Road, west of Edwards Avenue, when he lost control of his vehicle, skidded off the roadway and struck a tree on July 24 at approximately 7:45 p.m.

Grasman, 26, of Bay Shore, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to contact Seventh Squad detectives at 631-852-8752.
