(Long Island, NY) The Fourth Squad reports an arrest for Petit Larceny on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 2:25 P.M. in Island Park.
According to detectives, on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 3:14 A.M. Christmas decorations were removed from the front lawn of a Truxton Road home. An investigation led to the arrest of Tiffany C. Fischer, 31, Island Park. She was placed under arrest at her home without incident.

Fischer is charged with Petit Larceny and was issued an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
