(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime Unit detectives are investigating an attempted bank robbery that occurred on Saturday, September 12 in Deer Park.
A man entered the TD Bank, located at 2178 Deer Park Avenue, at approximately 2:55 p.m., and handed a teller a note demanding cash. The teller did not comply with the suspect’s demands. The suspect fled southbound on Deer Park Avenue.

The man is described as white or Hispanic, approximately 20-25 years-old, clean shaven with a medium build. He was wearing a black baseball cap, sunglasses, red sweatshirt and blue jeans.
