(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau reports the details of an arrest for possession of child pornography that occurred in Oceanside on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 2:10 P.M.
According to detectives, James Romanelli, 46, of Oceanside, while at his residence was found to have child pornography images on his computer. Prior investigation led detectives to the defendant, who then placed him under arrest.

Romanelli is being charged with Possession Sexual Performance Child and will be arraigned on Tuesday, 10/13/15 in First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
