(Long Island, NY) Third Squad detectives report the details of an arrest for an aggravated harassment that occurred in Glen Head on Saturday, 05/16/15 at 3:00 P.M.
According to detectives, Robert Riccuiti, 45, of Glen Head, responded to an email from a male victim, 37, who had questioned his 6-year-old son’s playing time and the philosophy of the soccer program, in which the defendant is the coach.

The defendant, who is employed as a principal for the Vive School in Yonkers, answered the victim with inappropriate foul language including a verbal threat of physical violence with a baseball bat.
On Friday, 05/22/15, Third Squad detectives placed Riccuiti under arrest at the Third Precinct. He is being charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree and will be arraigned on Saturday, 05/23/15 in First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
