According to detectives, a 46 year old female victim discovered that an unknown subject used her Sperry Credit Union Debit Card and made withdrawals from Citibank ATM machines on:
- May 06, 2015 255 North Broadway, Hicksville
- May 07, 2017 199 2nd Street, Mineola
- May 08, 2015 215 Jericho Turnpike, Floral Park

The male subject is described as white, average build, 20-30 years of age, black Adidas baseball cap, grey Nike hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans.
