(Uniondale, NY) Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Lawrence S. Han has joined the firm as a Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Appeals and Product Liability & Toxic Tort Practice Groups.
Mr. Lawrence S. Han focuses on complex mass toxic tort litigation in both domestic and foreign forums, including defending claims arising out of alleged exposures to herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals.

Mr. Han focuses his practice on complex mass toxic tort litigation in both domestic and foreign forums, including defending claims arising out of alleged exposures to herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr. Han was an associate with a mid-size New York law firm, focusing primarily on commercial and securities litigation, appearing and arguing motions before the New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Han also has experience with real estate transactions, having represented sellers, buyers and borrowers.
Mr. Han earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
