(Uniondale, NY) Today, Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Monica Kashyap has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Appeals Practice Group.

Monica Kashyap has joined Rivkin Radler LLP as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Appeals Practice Group.

Ms. Kashyap focuses her practice in the defense of a wide range of property insurance matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ms. Kashyap worked as an associate attorney at a securities litigation firm. There, Ms. Kashyap represented class action and derivative claims against large financial firms in both New York State and federal courts.
Further, while at Fordham University School of Law, Ms. Kashyap served as a legal intern for Lincoln Square Legal Services, Inc. where she was involved in the defense of low-income clients against copyright and trademark infringement claims in federal court. Additionally, Ms. Kashyap served as a legal intern for WNET- New York Public Media and as associate editor for the Fordham University Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
Ms. Kashyap earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
