(Long Island, NY) The First Squad reports the details of an arrest for Unlawful Surveillance that occurred on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in Roosevelt.
According to detectives, defendant Daniel Williams, 24, of North Babylon while employed as a security guard at Roosevelt High School – 1 Wagner Avenue, entered a boys bathroom and videotaped a 16 year old male victim while using the facilities.

The defendant then posted the video on “Snap Chat.” Defendant Williams was arrested on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the school without incident.
Daniel Williams is being charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was released on a Nassau County Desk Appearance Ticket returnable to First District Court, Hempstead on April 11, 2016.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
