A man and woman entered Sears, located at 4000 Jericho Turnpike, on May 1 and stole assorted merchandise valued at approximately $500.

The two fled the store through the adjacent Barnes and Noble store and were confronted by security personnel outside of Barnes and Noble. They dropped the items and fled in a tan Buick sedan westbound on Jericho Turnpike.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
