(Stony Brook, NY) Picturesque and historic Stony Brook Village will celebrate Black Friday with a jam-packed day of family friendly outdoor events to ring in the start of the holiday season.
On Friday, November 29th from Noon to 6:30 pm, Walk FM, along with “Walkie Bear,” will be on hand playing holiday tunes throughout the day and there will be a Petting Zoo, “Cubby the Clown,” Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides, Holiday Carolers and Wine Tastings starting at 3 pm. The Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) of the Hamptons will also be on site offering dogs for adoption that families can take home that day to their forever home.
With over 35 shops and restaurants visitors will have the chance to shop and grab a bite to eat as well. Fratelli’s will also be offering free samples of hot dogs and pizza. Parking and all events are free with the exception of the popular horse-drawn carriage rides which are $3 pp.
