(Stony Brook, NY) Fratelli’s in Stony Brook Village has a new name and new owners but is staying true to its loyal customer base.
While adding their personal touch to certain items, new owners Claude Cardin and Eddie Grimm are maintaining the original menu at Fratelli’s Italian Eatery, formerly Fratelli’s Market Place. Claude brings 15 years of prior experience from Fierro’s Pizza in East Hampton.
