(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who attempted to steal a television from a Setauket store last month.
According to police, the man shown attempted to steal a 55-inch Vizio flat-panel television from Walmart, located at 3990 Nesconset Highway, on January 4, 2014 at approximately 7:30 p.m. When confronted by a store employee, the man fled in a waiting white Mitsubishi Galant without the television.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
