(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police have arrested a Deer Park man for shooting three cars and three houses in Deer Park earlier this month.
Following an investigation by First Squad detectives, it was determined Cameron Cincotta fired a .45-caliber handgun at an occupied home on Fairview Avenue, two occupied homes on Oakland Avenue, and vehicles parked, unoccupied, on Fairview Avenue, West 20th Street and West 16th Street in the early morning hours of March 19.

The gun used in these incidents has been recovered.
Cincotta, 25, was charged with three counts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and three counts of Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
