(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people who burglarized several residences at a housing complex in Yaphank last month.
A person or people pried open screen doors and/or windows and entered several residences in the Colonial Woods and Whispering Pines Condominiums between August 12 and August 31. Among the items stolen were cash and electronics. Detectives are also investigating incident during which the suspect or suspects were unsuccessful in entering the home.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
