(Long Island, NY) The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing North Babylon man who suffers from memory loss.
John Fatuzzo, 89, of 42 Hunter Ave., was last seen leaving the dentist office, located at 400 S. Oyster Bay Road, Hicksville on September 29, at approximately 1 p.m.

Fatuzzo is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 185 pounds, with brown eyes and balding white hair, with a white mustache. He wears a gold watch and a small gold chain around his neck. He was driving a red 1993 Buick LeSabre, New York license plate CAN 9391.
Anyone with information on Fatuzzo’s whereabouts is asked to contact First Squad detectives at 631-854-8152 or call 911.
As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
