(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole items from a vehicle in Elwood.
On November 7, 2015, at approximately 5:25 a.m., a man went through several vehicles in the Northport area and was able to steal assorted personal items from one vehicle on Vestry Court in Elwood. The man fled in an unknown vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white male, medium build, approximately 210 pounds, 6 feet tall, in his early 30s with a short crew cut or shaved head. He was wearing camo pants and a flannel checkered jacket with a black hoodie.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
