Following an investigation by officers from the Sixth Precinct Crime Section, John Scalzi, 50, was identified as the man who stole a drill from Home Depot, located at 401 Independence Plaza, on November 11. Scalzi is believed to be driving a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee with New York license plates GZE 5328.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
