(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole a customer’s wallet from a Port Jefferson Station store earlier this year.
A woman left her wallet on the counter at 7-Eleven, located at 500 Old Town Road, on July 20 at approximately 3 p.m. A man stole the wallet, went outside and took money out, before coming back into the store and purchasing items.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
