(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who took photos of a minor in the bathroom at a North Babylon restaurant.
A man leaned over a bathroom stall and took photos with a cell phone of an 8-year-old boy at Hibachi Grill, located at 1114 Deer Park Ave., on May 17 at approximately 3:45 p.m.

The man was described as white, between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, approximately 200 pounds and between 30 and 35 years old. He was at the restaurant with a white female.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
