(Long Island, NY) The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Vehicular Accident that occurred on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 8:48 pm in Hempstead.
According to detectives, a 15 year old male victim was riding his bicycle southbound on Cameron Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Front Street.

The driver remained at scene and the victim Ka-Juan Polley from Hempstead was transported to Cohen Children’s Medical Center/North Shore Long Island Jewish, New Hyde Park where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday, July 20, 2015.
The driver was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operator. The vehicle was impounded for a brake safety test.
