(Long Island, NY) The Elmont Memorial Library invites you to ROCK & ROLL, The Opposites and our Greatest Hopes: A Celebrationfeaturing the Aesthetic Realism Theatre Company on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 2pm, LIVE in the Elmont Library Theatre, 700 Hempstead Tpke., Elmont, NY. This performance is free and open to the public.

Singers from the renowned Aesthetic Realism Theatre Company perform electrifying rock songs—from the 50s and 60s to now—with thrilling commentary telling why they’re important and loved, and what they have to do with everyone’s life!
The basis is the philosophy Aesthetic Realism, founded by the great American poet and critic Eli Siegel, who explained: “All beauty is a making one of opposites, and the making one of opposites is what we are going after in ourselves.” Said Philip Rose, Broadway producer: “Better than anything I’ve seen on Broadway in the past 25 years!”
