(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police have arrested three men for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old female in Brentwood on Friday, May 29.
Three men approached a male and a 16-year-old girl near a Brentwood school on May 29 at approximately 6 p.m. and robbed them.

The three suspects then took the girl to the Brentwood County Club Course, located at 100 Pennsylvania Ave., Brentwood, where they sexually assaulted her in a wooded area where she was later found by golfers.
Third Squad detectives arrested:
- Jose Cornejo, 17, of Brentwood, who was charged with Rape 1st, Criminal Sex Act 1st Degree, Sex Abuse 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree
- Bryan Larios, 18, of Brentwood, who was charged with Rape 1st, Criminal Sex Act 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree
- Joel Escobar, 17, of Brentwood, who was charged with Rape 1st, Criminal Sex Act 1st and Robbery 2nd Degree
All three men are being held in the Suffolk County Correctional Facility without bail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
