(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole beer from and damaged property at a Shirley store earlier this month.
A man entered 7-Eleven, located at 1481 William Floyd Parkway, and attempted to use an employee bathroom. When he was denied access, he pushed and punched an employee’s arm and broke the phone line when the employee attempted to call 911. The suspect then stole a 12 pack of beer and fled.

The suspect, who is pictured in the above photo, was wearing a red shirt and had a chin strap beard.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
