(Long Island, NY) The Nassau County Police Department is investigating a Robbery that occurred in East Garden City on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 3:35 pm.
According to Third Squad detectives, a 45 year old female store manager working at Jembro located at 654 Stewart Avenue confronted three unknown male blacks she observed removing items from their packaging.

- Subject one who is described as being 25 years of age, slim to medium build, and wearing a black mask covering his face reached into the work apron of the victim and removed a cell phone and then pushed her in the stomach.
- Subject two is described as 25 years of age, slim to medium build, black hooded jacket.
- Subject three is described as 25 years of age, slim to medium build, grey hooded jacket. All three subjects fled on foot out the back of the store towards Commercial Avenue. There were no injuries reported.
Jembro is part of a regional chain of discount department stores, carrying everything from clothes to household items, furniture and electronics.
Detectives request that anyone with information regarding this crime to contact the Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
