(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police today arrested three people for selling alcohol to a minor in three separate Bay Shore and Brentwood stores.
Third Precinct Crime Section officers conducted State Liquor License Inspections at seven locations in Brentwood and Bay Shore this afternoon.
The following people were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree.
- Sandy Victoriano-Hernandez, 30, of Brentwood, employed by Compruebe Mini Market, located at 1113 Suffolk Ave., Brentwood.
- Maria Samayoa, 29, of Brentwood, employed by Village Market, located at 920 Suffolk Ave., Brentwood.
- Rosa Alfaro, 36, of Bay Shore, employed by Danny’s Deli, located at 1579 Fifth Ave., Bay Shore, was charged with a State Liquor Violation.
Samayoa and Alfaro were issued Field Appearance Tickets and released. Victoriano-Hernandez will be held overnight at the Third Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on March 16.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
