(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the men who stole jewelry from a Middle Island store earlier this year.

On May 15, a man and woman entered the Walmart, located at 750 Middle Country Road. The man cut glass on a jewelry display. A short time later, another man entered the store with a red hat, and removed jewelry from that display. Detectives believe the men were working together. The approximate value of the jewelry is $2,300.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
