(Long Island, NY) The Nassau County Police Department has reported three arrests for Robberies which occurred on Monday, February 10, 2014 at 3:33 P.M. in Uniondale.

According to Robbery Squad detectives, Andre Isaac, 18, of 244 E. Columbia Street, Oumar Barry, 17, of 20 Stowe Place and Isaiah Estrada, 17, of 254 E, Columbia Street, all of Uniondale, used physical force to remove property from their victims.
- At 3:00 P.M. a male victim, 17, was walking home from Uniondale High School when he was approached by the suspects on Goodrich Street and Uniondale Avenue. One of the suspects punched the victim in the face as another took his iPhone.
- At 3:04 P.M. a juvenile male victim was pushed to the ground at Emerson Place and Goodrich Street and had his cell phone taken by the three men.
- `At 3:15 P.M. a juvenile male victim was approached in front of 444 Chester Street and had his cell phone taken from him.
- At 3:33 P.M. a juvenile male victim was approached in front of 1031A Front Street and had an undisclosed amount of cash taken from him.
The suspects were stopped a short time later and placed under arrest at 3:52 P.M. They are each charged with four counts of Robbery 2nd degree. Additionally Estrada is charged with Resisting Arrest. They were scheduled to be arraigned today, Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
