(LONG ISLAND, NY) Opening statements are scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in criminal court in Riverhead in the homicide trial of a Brentwood man who allegedly shot his estranged wife’s boyfriend to death last November.
Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives arrested Quinton Rubin, 37, of 56 Bruce Lane, after he shot Sean Berry, 36, of Bay Shore five times.
Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives arrested Quinton Rubin, 37, of 56 Bruce Lane, after he shot Sean Berry, 36, of Bay Shore five times.
Rubin entered a trailer on the side of a house at 4 Kenneth Lane in Bay Shore, the defendant’s former home, and shot Berry around 4:30 a.m. on November 13.
The trial will begin Tuesday at 2:00 PM.
State Supreme Court Justice William Condon will preside.
