(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of two Brooklyn men for possession of forged credit cards which occurred in Westbury on Wednesday, 11/18/15 at 8:40 P.M.

According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations police officers, while on patrol on Corporate Drive, found Pierre Joseph, 31, and Ronald Harris, 29, to be in possession of several forged credit cards.

Joseph and Harris are each being charged with six counts of Possession Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. Harris, who was found to be in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest, is additionally being charged with Unlawful Possession Marijuana. Both defendants will be arraigned on Thursday, 11/19/15 in First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
